So excited!  I just completed the first step in becoming an e-notary in the state of Virginia.  I applied for and purchased my digital certificate/signature that conforms to X.509 digital certificate standards and issued and managed by a trusted root Certificate Authority as allowed by the Commonwealth.  Step 2 – apply to become an electronic notary.
